Development of flexibility and subsequent compensation at various performance levels in rhytmic gymnastics in the Czech Republic

Title: Development of flexibility and subsequent compensation at various performance levels in rhythmic gymnastics in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to find out how exercises for the development of flexibility are performed. The other aim is to find out how the girls are led to correct warm-up and compensation during the training and at home. Interviews with trainers of various levels of rhythmic gymnastics were used to gather information. Furthermore, the thesis compares training routines for the flexibility development between different levels of rhythmic gymnastics programs. Methods: Information was obtained from interviews with trainers of rhythmic gymnastics in the Czech Republic. These were then analyzed. Some questions were evaluated using statistical methods of quantitative research. Results: Three out of five hypotheses were confirmed, remaining two were not confirmed. The biggest differences were found between the free program and the other two programs. The main difference concerned the length of the training units and other different answers arose from this. Popularity of rhythmic gymnastics in Milevsko

Title: Popularity of rhythmic gymnastics in Milevsko Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis is to find out the interest about rhythmic gymnastics in Milevsko, to identify the knowledge of the population and thein attitudes to the rhythmic gymnastics, to take progression rhythmic gymnastics and to approach sports history of Milevsko. Methods: To obtain the necessary information to making bachelor thesis was using electronic and through personal interviews questionnaire which was formed for the purpose of this thesis. It was also used depth interview method. Processing of theoretical background the thesis was made with the various sources of literature. Result: Researches have found attitudes city residents Milevsko to gymnastics. The main causes influencing popularity of rhythmic gymnastics have revealed based on the interviews and was described possible measures which one could serve to increase public interest to this sports branch. The inclusion of the rhythmical forms in physical education at primary school in České Budějovice

The aim of the graduation thesis was finding out the inclusion of dances and rhythmical forms in physical training lessons at primary school level. The research field was pupil´s relation to doing exercise accompanied by music. The resource file was 158 pupils of the second class of primary schools in České Budějovice. The research method was a questionnaire. The results file confirmed the presumption that the inclusion of rhythmical forms in physical education is not frequent, although the rhythmical forms are included in curriculum. The results were different in each school and even in each class. The research proved that only a half of pupils is a member of some physical, sport or dance interst group. This graduation thesis shortly reffered to the use of music accompaniment in education.
